Many people in power to look simply hitting a Punching Bag for a very effective workout. You can buy an inexpensive punching bag at your local sporting good. If you've never seen one that is supported by floor stands or more commonly hung from a frame that attaches to your roof.

Vigorous exercise produces small injury to your muscle fibers which is why usually feel sore the next day of hard training. Cross Training requires you to alternate sports on different days to efficiently produce different muscle groups. To spend some time hitting a punching bag with your favorite CD cleaning is a perfect way to exercise your Upper Body and the next day it can change with a Lower Body Kick Boxing or running exercise.

Hitting a punching bag is more than just improve strength and provide a great Cardio Workout. You can help improve your overall coordination. If you punch the bag swings back and turns to you. You want to practice hitting the bag at the time it becomes to you. You will soon realize that if you hit too early or too late it will not stay in rhythm and you will more than likely to miss the bag.

Start Heavy Bag routine tapping the bag until your arms feel sore and tired. Gradually increase the intensity and time of your workout as you feels stronger, sure to give yourself a break every two days.

If you find that you are falling asleep on the treadmill or difficulty staying in the last twenty minutes that you know will feel like two hours, challenging should try mixing it with a heavy bag workout or try some DVDs of high intensity exercise.
