How much weight can be gained only approach to banking, incline, decline press, and the bank of ALT, in a day?

I have to have some weight in the next couple of weeks (I go by several poulds). I know I can safely make weight if I do nothing but cardio and eat very carefully in the coming days, but I will not spoil my lifting routine. So by lifting tomorrow, I'm taking a significant risk? How much can be gained only by chest exercises in one day?

A p, gaining muscle weight does not work the way you can imagine. And measurable weight gain muscle with exercise chest alone takes much, much, much more than just one day. To really have even a single pound of muscle entire chest for a young person like you (fight free high school, right?) would take a month or more solid. although you can gain significant strength in the muscles without increasing their weight by one ounce. On the basis of their age and the type of exercise you're talking, you're guaranteed to Lose Weight. The workbench does not affect body weight, period. And if you fats, salts and carbohydrates consumed at lower levels than normal for several days, during which time you are doing cardio and sweating a lot, you low body weight very quickly. You can keep your high protein intake, without risk of losing their objective, while this booking you lean meats and skim milk and such, and not high in calories and high in carbohydrates with protein shakes taste. that everything goes well!
