How do I use boots of investment? (Gravity Boots)?
I've been watching Equiment exercise lately, and I wonder about the seriousness Boots – How do you get in them and hung upside down? How to get out again without falling on your head? Is there a security protocol that I know about how to always have someone in earshot? I've heard they are the absolute best way to work the abdominal muscles, is it true?
