Dumbells or lifting the bar?
I've been lifting and I wonder which is better. I do some of my training with the two, but I wonder if there is any difference or if it is personal preference ???????
Both are good, and when I say two, not both. Not just one or the other. pesos Heavy may be safer with a bar since its easier to have a helper hold the bar while working, but the bells call more muscles into play because the arms must work differently to keep them steadily. and muscles can get complacent, which means they get used to the same movement again and again and you do not get results as fast, so mixing up your routine, and there are many different ways to use the bells that you can not beat the bar.
