What is the difference between resistance training and Weight Lifting?

I've been doing both things, and resistance training weightlifting, but I could never tell the difference between them. How the muscles of the difference or do things differently?

Hello! There is no universal way of using words. Often, there is no difference in denotation between "resistance training" and "weight lifting." In addition, static contraction training, for example, resistance training, but since there is no movement, obviously you're not lifting a weight, which means that it is not weight lifting. In other words, often lifting weights is considered a type of resistance training. Hope this helps. All my Best wishes.
