I'm putting a Speedo Fast Skin Pro in Japan?

Hi I'm ordering a speedometer Fastskin towards my leg and woundering what size is done. I run a 26 and sizes in Japan are SS, S, M. .. ETC fastkin I also ordered the first one a year and I ordered size S and it was too large, it streches. Does Speedo FS Pro Stretch much???. Plz help me I have to order by today, thanks and Plz reply if you know for sure. PS I looked at the size chart and I do not I'm sure.

That does not fit the same at all. It's like a shot in the dark when an order of overseas. The FS Pro does not stretch much.
