how to deal with Vhs Tapes not played in 10 years?
hi, im trying to play VHS tapes that were stored for over 10 years now and full of mold, what should I do before playing them? im trying to forward and rewind, but seem to be a bad idea!
Do not put on your machine. You can open the case. Snap together. You have to be careful. There may be some small parts as a pressure pad and class. You can take a clean cloth, lint-free (like a glasses cloth) and wipe the cleaning tape. This will require you to relax hand. As clean a section relax then assimilation rewind side to reach another section to be cleaned.
