Stand Exerise
Exercise is about working the muscle groups, so exercises that do not involve the resistance is not going to get much at all, and this is particularly true in the stomach and abdominal exercises. As a result, the bands can be effectively used as a routine component of any exerise, stomach exercises no exception.

1. Seated Crunches
