What are the best exercises to build Upper Body muscle mass?

I want to build the top of the muscle mass of body. I know the best exercises to increase muscle mass and weight are high rate low rep exercises, but what type of training week should I do? If I make a day of berms and curls with 3 sets of 5 repetitions, the next day to do something like squats triceps and with the same amount of sets and repetitions and repeat these two processes in all week? I do not have access to a gym, just a Weight Bench where I can do banking and arm / leg curls and squats. Not sure what type of exercises can I do with this configuration.
