Do you have any pictures that explain how your hands should be on a bicycle road to pedaling while standing or sitting and pedaling. I just got my first road bike, so I want to learn what is a good way grab the handlebars. My bike is the SL1 Devinci Silverstone if that helps
The best thing to do is have a bike shop or a similar place to have the bike properly adjusted for you. Doing this will set the bar for you, along with the seat and some other items. Part of the process is what they are in the correct position and comfortable on the bike.
