.. tape does not work?

I have a Hornet flow treadmill Health and have not used it in a few months, but when it would begin practice today. I plug it in, into the safety switch. Is there anything I can do that will work or is broken? Also what is a labor warranty? It has a warranty for the engine 6. 4 years parts and labor 1 year but do not know what the job is. I have only had for 2 years and hasn't been used much. EDIT: It doesn't turn on. Nothing happens at all, as if not even plugged in. EDIT: Its fixed. was a wiring problem that I solved.

Is anything else plugged to the same socket or something close? the breaker may have triggered since the last time it was used (caused by lightning or a short circuit somewhere). To see the circuit breaker (usually in the garage) to see that all switches to the burst position. If the machine itself has a problem, I'd bet money that is only a thread somewhere inside of it that fell off. That could have happened at any time that has moved. Is there any noise when you try to turn it on? The guarantee of work only means that the company would have paid for the type of repair to come fix it.
