How to get a body on the beach?
good:) im im not fat, not only in shape and I really want a "Beach Body" when the summer spinning! any ideas? I need features former 30 minute breaks. 4 days a week, soo if u can help me be grateful Soo <3
I just started working on the body of my "beach" the beginning of this month. I do the same daily routine .. walk / run – 30 minute walk of 5 hours duration of 5 foot 5, so I have love handles, so having a bit of training for them. I take a 5 pound weight on my right hand, place my left hand behind my head, and turn right til the weight touches my knee .. I do 100 on each side .. (Be sure to switch sides, weight in your left hand, right hand behind head, turn left) can work himself up to go 25 on each side, then 50, then 100 .. you will feel the pain the next day to Becareful! walk / Run for 20-30 minutes at BC abs do not hurt my Lower Back .. YouTube has some great workouts that you can also try if you do not like to walk .. Also, trying to use 2 pounds weights when walking, this will also help:) and NO fast food! I stick to yogurt, ceral, sandwiches, fish .. beach time without greasy til I hope this helps
