Is it possible to Build Muscle mass using only a Medicine Ball training with?
I do not want to gain 20-30 pounds of muscle, only bulk up a bit.
Not really, you can do exercises to strengthen abdominal muscles as the muscle and increase endurance. But to put in a remarkable amount of muscle Weight Training needs. I would not worry put on 20-30 pounds of muscle. packing on the muscle is much more difficult that the average person seems to think that (check all the people saying – "I want to do this or that, but I'm afraid I'll end up with muscles). To add muscle that needs to be eating extra calories, a large proportion of them is protein. You will also be doing weights several times a week for months before starting to see gains. Eat protein, eat 5-6 small meals a day (make sure you have protein at every meal), not weight compound exercises like squats, dead weight, so more muscle you have, the more likely you are to develop the muscles so big target muscles, focusing on the legs, etc. Then you can isolate the biceps and the smaller muscles that will later be more sensitive. When finally happy with what you just tone down the exercise, fewer repetitions, etc., and only work in maintenance.
