What are the benefits real exercise? We always hear that we should exercise. Well, that's nice, but why? What is the real benefit or value in the exercise anyway? Some may think it is obvious, but not everyone agrees. Its like taking castor oil, while it may be good for what you get, not too many people wanted to take charge. A very good friend of mine has a favorite expression, "Success leaves footprints." How does this relate to exercise you may ask? Valid question if we look around us, we can not help noticing that the healthiest people are usually those who are physically fit and either are very much in sports or do some form of regular exercise. Note that there is always the exception.

So I think that if you really want to be healthy, then exercise must be an integral part of our lifestyle. Frankly, exercise should be non-negotiable. To quote a popular saying 'Just Do It'.

Ok. Now that we have agreed exercise has value and is important, what is the next step? Well, the next step is to decide what type of exercise you like. If you would like probably a good chance of doing so. If you do not like the year has decided to do there is A100% chance that you quit. So pick something that is easy to make, cheap, friendly and fits your interests and lifestyle. (Hint: Do not go out and buy Exercise Equipment sufficient to start a Home Gym. It is not necessary and is likely who will not use. I speak from personal experience here).

Everything comes down to this: As we mature, (nice way of saying, as we age), our body needs movement, we need to rejuvenate and revitalize our cells. It is a fact that our own bodies to rebuild every few years. Each group of cells are replaced every few years. The problem is that as cells age, they lose their original plan, and with every update that is replicated slightly lower performance.

If you're still with me you're wondering if its exercise in particular is really of any value. I must say that not all exercise is created equal. If You Walk an hour every day which is great, but it is not the same as swimming for 1 hour every day, or lifting weights for 1 hour a day. It is better than nothing, but remember that out of something exactly what you put into it.

You need to have a meeting to sit down with his car. You need to decide what they really want: not a spouse, parent, boss, etc. What do you want? Note the quick fixes are not really permanent or healthier. So you choose what you want to achieve. Then make a plan on how you will get and then do it.

I will give you a suggestion to consider. Some months ago I heard talk to David Hall. Your program uses the Cellerciser. It is basically a steroid rebounder. David explains it simply: if you have an exercise you can perform every one of its trillions of cells, gravity use a multiplier effect, be easy to do, a very low cost, could be done at home and get great results – what most want or need? This is an exercise routine that I strongly suggest you to consider.

In short – choose something you like, pick something you can do, choose something that can grow with you over time and then do it.
