Pilates Chair

Has anyone tried the Malibu Pilates Chair?? Does it really work?
How long before you notice results? How much long it takes to get it (shipping)??
I found mine in Craigslist. He has had about 2 weeks. Too early for results important, but yes, I noticed a difference in my arms, legs and abdominals. The DVD has these furnaces longest bit of cardio each pair of movements or positions of the that makes you sweat. Do not use the chair in each individual movement. Some Pilates Mat work is done both on the ground or on the seat of the chair. It seems fairly robust so far. They have not had any problems with any change during use or the feeling that I will fall in the same making any movement.
