Strength Equipment

Looking for a good selection of cardio and strength exercises I can do at home with no equipment
I live in a city extremely polluted in China and therefore need to exercise indoors. In the past I've always trained as a runner, but running outdoors, here only is not wise due to pollution and traffic problems, so I would like to develop an exercise routine I do at home when I can not do in the gym. I should ideally combine Strength Training and cardiovascular and use no or minimal equipment. Also, since I do not have much more prefer to build some bulk instead of staying slim as I usually am. Tall order I know, but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated routine! Salud!
