I'm in ballet pointe and needed to know if any streches that I can do to strengthen my muscles?

Sounds like You know very well that for several years. Here are some tips and exercises: Wherever appropriate, perform the exercises slowly. Do fewer repetitions gradually is much more effective than doing many repetitions with fast, for it builds muscle memory and also works the muscles in each position. Facing the rail and hold it with both hands, you with your pointe shoes. Get on demi-pointe, and then gradually rise to pointe. Go Back to the demi-pointe slowly, and a full backup to the tip again. Do this slowly about ten times. Now repeat in the leg – from demi-pointe to pointe full slowly. You can push the bar up and down, because it is really difficult. Only you have to concentrate to go smoothly between the positions instead of "thunk" in and out of the tip. Get a partner. Stand on tiptoe on one foot with a or two hands on the bar. Ask your partner gently push on his foot as if you were to play on demi-pointe. Resist the muscles of your foot to stay where you are. You now have your partner pull your foot forward as if to pull you in the front of the box. Again, resist and keep the foot in place. Now that your partner push against the wall of his foot to make your foot in the sickle, and resist that push. Finally, have your partner push your feet in the opposite direction to the wing or bezel his foot and resist it. You may find that it is stronger in some directions than in others (most of the dancers are stronger flying and pushing more and more weak in sickling and pulling back). Plies not tip at the first position, but keep the ankles, where they are – no push over of your shoes. It has a very bad position with his foot, but do it in hops, pas de polka, and several awkward steps. So do other leg ends pointed, again keeping the ankle where it is, with the other foot in cou-de-pied. And exercise most fun of all – standing in the center of tiptoe on one foot. Balance provided when you can, allowing floating around if necessary to keep your balance. Do not put the other foot down or point out until absolutely necessary. (Do not exaggerate and a wound, however.) Good luck!
