I have the very elastic tendons and ligaments?

I have had many reconstructions in the joints, including shoulder, knee, ankle and a lot of dislocations. My doctor says I have loose joints, but I know what I can do to fix it. I'm tired of having to dispose of reconstructions each few years. I''ve stopped playing sports, but problems remain. It does not mean to post this to mental health

You can do exercises to strengthen muscles around joints, helping to maintain more stable. This is best done under the supervision of a qualified therapist in the exercise or physical therapist.
