While there are many different approaches to Burn Fat, not all are equal. I know because I'm from Orange County Personal Trainer. Some machines develop Muscle Strength, while others give you a good Cardio Workout. The key to burning fat is to make the heart pump harder and burn as many calories as can. This means you must use every muscle in your body as possible in order to do the job. You can join aerobics, tumbling, or any number of things, but theres a new form that is not only good as a fat burner of its also a lot of fun! Maintenance of the fun of exercise, keep exercise. Try to use the Fitness Ball, also known as the Stability Ball. There is good reason why the middle name. It will test the stability of both physically and mentally, if you let it. You can also point to specific areas such as aerobics, as cardio training.

Abdominal Roll

Of course, the name gives away the target area, its the ABS. This exercise gets you closer to a six-pack thats attractive in men and women. It is a form of crisis. Lie on your back and put the ball between his legs, hold it in place with his knees. Touch the top of the ball with the fingertips and then throw your shoulders off the floor. Hold and slowly roll down one vertebra at a time.

Another similar exercise is a lot of fun, but difficult to do is a total crisis with the stability ball. Lay directly with the ball in his hands above his head and his legs in a V. lift the ball in the same time you lift your feet and head, and pass the ball at his feet. Then lower your head, arms and body. Lift the ball with his feet while raising the head and move arms and hands again. It's hard Work Out!

Sitting Wall Roll

This targets the glutes, hamstrings and quadriceps. You need a wall for this and a clear zone. Place the ball between your back and the wall as you lean against the wall. Keep your feet apart and aligned with hips. Start a squat position while rolling the ball along the wall. Once you reach the position of chair increasing slowly and roll the ball to the wall.

Facing the Extension Tips

That's another good one for buns of steel. It targets not only the gluteus, but also the Lower Back, hamstrings and tests your balance. Lay on your stomach on the fitness ball with arms and legs extended and toes and fingers touching the ground. Keep your body straight and head in line with your body, face down. Start by lifting your right arm and leg Alternatively, the left, at the same time. Hold for a count three to four put them back down and the left arm, the combination of the right leg in the same way. Start with 4 reps minimum, but if you can do more, no 8. Work your way up to double that number.

Balancing Push up (hands on the ball)

This is where you realize how hard The fitness ball is, but it's also what makes it so fun! You focus on staying on the ball and forget about how difficult the exercise of their muscles. Al stabilize the ball, use your abdominal and back muscles, if you realize it or not. This is a six-bearing exercise, which also works shoulders and triceps.
