Dumbbell Handles
Hit hard love handles with exercise.
The following article shows a great exercise for hitting a certain area of the abdominals, which are known as the obliques. These are located next to the stomach and are often referred to as love handles! This exercise also works the Lower Back area so you get more for your money!
Stop I want to emphasize that this is the muscle tone in that area, still eating and drinking sensibly and introduce some exercises cardio such as brisk walking, swimming or running in your routine to burn Body Fat covering the muscles. The Method
* Stand up, facing forward, shoulder to back and feet apart.
* Have a dumbbell in each hand with arms down at your sides.
* Keep your abs tight and tense, but remember to breathe all the way through the year. Now you're ready to start hitting the love handles!
* Slowly bend to the left, keep your feet firmly on the ground.
* Make sure the movement comes from the waist only. So it should not move the knees or hips.
* The bending motion is due only to one side so do not bend forwards or backwards. This will make your cover right side.
* Keep bending until you reach a point where you can not bend, pause briefly and return to the starting position.
* Now is back in an upright position, which is necessary to repeat the process, but on the opposite side and maintaining a controlled movement. This ensures that continue to carry out the technique correctly and safely.
* Well done you have just finished a double side!
* Repeat for 3 sets, with 5-6 side prefers.
