For the average person's daily intake should be about 15 percent of total calorie intake. Since athletes consume more calories that the average Joe is needed. The problem is that the stomach is limited and can not be filled with protein throughout the day. You can train hard with the stomach full. This training would also help. For some athletes this problem can be solved through the adoption of the proteins in sports nutrition. In this way the athlete can consume more protein concentrate without emphasizing the stomach.
