Spring is in the air in most parts of the country. The snow will soon be gone and recreational sports are starting their schedule. Football, baseball leagues lacrosse are having their first games, the team high school track is preparing for competition, and the team of the Leukemia Society-in-training groups are starting to increase their mileage goal of finishing the marathon summer. Spring is in the air, and our old friend the sprained ankle is starting to appear more frequently in the office. The basketball and volleyball seasons always the main producer of this injury, but would probably be surprised how ankle sprains think of many outdoor sports such as football, baseball, lacrosse and theme of the course and on the ground.
